Ξεκάθαρες επιστροφές.

Κλειστά και αχρησιμοποίητα προϊόντα μπορούν να επιστραφούν εντός 14 ημερών από την παράδοση, σύμφωνα με τους παρακάτω όρους.

Delivery

Orders are prepared on working days. Delivery charges and available methods are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking is supplied where the chosen service supports it.

Returns

Contact us before returning an item. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and safely packed. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the parcel and item so we can arrange the appropriate replacement or remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned goods are received and inspected.
